How to print and cut our patterns

In case you've never used a digital sewing pattern before don't worry, below you will find detailed instructions on how to get started with your sewing project.

Our patterns come in two paper sizes: A4 and US letter. Make sure you've received the size that corresponds to your printer paper size. You should always make sure that no scaling is happening when printing. If your printer is suggesting "fit to page" or "scale to fit" make sure to deselect those options. Instead you'll want the scale to be set to 100%. If uncertain, print only the page with a scale indicator first and once you're confident that the scale is correct print the rest of the pages.

Next step is to tape the pages together. Following the blue (or light grey if printing in black and white) numbers and letters you will be able to make sure everything's perfectly aligned.

The next step is cutting the pattern out in your selected size. If you're not sure about your size read our tutorial on body measurements here.

Once you have the pattern pieces ready, follow the cutting plan included in the pattern to lay them out on your selected fabric.
